We have used Mike for two purchases & one sale at Beech Mountain. We bought a condo from him in 2016, decided we wanted something bigger so we used him again in 2017 to sell this unit. Mike showed us countless properties until we found just the right one. He was always very honest about the properties, always sent the information we were needing. Even after the closing, he is a wealth of knowledge about the community, who to call when you need something, etc. If we ever decide to make changes in the future, we will definitely be hiring him again.
