Mike showed us several homes in the Beech Mountain area and was our buyers agent for the purchase of the house we ultimately closed on. Mike was very thorough, helpful and attentive during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable of the area and knows people that can help before and after closing such as inpectors, contractors, utility/cable/internet providers. We had some issues with repairs not being completed prior to closing and he negotiated with the sellers agent to have a document created and signed by the seller promising that they would ensure repairs would be done after closing. I would highly recommend Mike Goldstein to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a Beech Mountain property.
